  Team3000 was founded by owner and directors Louie Pulice, Maureen Pulice and Mel Goodwin. Louie who is the Managing Broker for the company is and a 26-year seasoned REALTOR®.
Louie is one of the top 10% of all Agents in units sold. Louie and Maureen shared the responsible for the daily management and operations of Team 3000 Realty. In addition, Maureen is the conveyancer and office Manager of Team 3000.
 Another member of the management team for Team 3000 is James Wong, a long-time REALTOR® for 23 years. James witnessed the downturn in the real estate business some 16 years ago, and enjoyed riding the real estate waves the past 10 years. James is responsible for the online and technical aspects of Team 3000's business.
